基于FPGA的测温系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20的特性及工作原理,给出了由DS18B20与FP-GA组成的测温系统的硬件电路和软件设计及提高测量精度的方法.通过对实际温度的测量及与专用测温仪的比较,发现该系统具有数据准确、接口简单、精度高、抗干扰能力强、工作稳定可靠等特点.

Abstract:Characteristics and basic principle of 1-Wire digital thermometer DS18B20 are introduced.The design of hardware and software are described for a temperature measurement system by FPGA and DS18B20 temperature sensors,and the method of improving measuring precision is given.Through measuring actual temperature and comparing with special thermoscope,it is found that this system has characteristics of accurate data,simple interface,high precision,better anti-interference,and stable and reliable working,etc.
