摘    要:如何通过有效的规则方式,释放知识性员工的知识创新潜能,对于知识型企业的可持续发展非常重要,解决知识的垄断性和外部性问题是设计知识创新激励的关键,全员激励盟约突出组织全员的加盟,并通过加盟全员对组织快速增长价值的彻底共享,来有效解决组织内部知识创新的垄断性和外部性,以主动适应新经济环境发展的需要。

Abstract:A effective mode of governance releasing knowledge creating potential of all staffs should be designed, which is crucial to sustaining development of knowledge business. The core of knowledge creating motivation is to solve both monopoly and externality of knowledge. The whole motivated covenant focuses on all staffs who covenant. Through all staffs thoroughly sharing organizational increasing value, the whole motivated covenant can solve both monopoly and externality of organizational knowledge, which will adaptable to the environment of new economy.
