| 摘 要： | 对祁连圆柏成熟果实的甲醇提取物用柱色谱法进行分离纯化，结果得到了四个二萜类化合物，它们分别为13-羟基半日花-8（17），14-二烯-19-醛、4-过氧羟基-13-羟基-19-降碳半日花-8（17），14-二烯、4-差向过氧羟基-13-羟基-19-降碳半日花-8（17），14-二烯和19-乙酰氧基-13-羟基半日花-8（17），14-二烯、详细报道了它们的分离、分析过程，以及这些化合物的质谱和核磁共振等波谱数据．

| Abstract: | The methanol extract of the fruit of Juniperus przewalskii kom is separated with column chromatography on silica gel, thus four diterpenes compounds,13-hydroxy labda-8(17), 14-diene-19(-ald); 4-hydroxyperoxide-13(-hydroxy)-19-norlabda-8(17), 14-diene; 4-epi-hydroxyperoxide-13(-hydroxy)-19-norlabda-8(17), 14-diene; 19-acetoxy-13-hydroxylabda-8(17), 14-diene, are obtained for the first time from this plant. The methods of isolation and analysis of the compounds as well as their data of Mass Spetrome try (MS), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) are reported. |
