| 摘 要： | 分析了旅游文化建设在城市旅游活动中的重要性，探讨了银川市在进行旅游规划和旅游文化建设时应当依据的原则，认为银川市要建成旅游文化名城必须重点规划银川市旅游文化轴线，以线串点，以点带面，并阐述了城市旅游线、点、面布局的基本思路。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the importance of urban tourist culture on urban tourist activity, and discussed the principles of building urban tourist culture in Yinchuan City. The authors consider that the axes of urban tourist culture must be marked out emphatically in order to build the Yinchuan City to be a famous tourist culture city, to string points with lines, to drive sides with points. The authors also put forward basic ideas about the urban tourist distribution of tourist lines, points and sides. |
