| 摘 要： | 应用协同学原理，研究了导致矿区土地和环境破坏因子的层次关系、制约矿区土地重建和环境恢复诸因素之间的协同关系，建立矿区土地环境破坏与经济评价之间的动力学模型，优化土地可持续利用模式，给出矿区临界回采率，确保矿区环境损伤不超过临界警戒线，做到既满足当代人对能源资源的需求又不危害后代人的利益，对矿区经济发展和环境保护具有重大意义． |

| Abstract: | The factors level of mineral area land destruction and of environment damage, and the relation between the factors that restrain the mining area land from rebuilding and the environment resume are analyzed by using the principle of synergetics. The dynamics model of mining area land destruction and economic evaluation is set up. The land sustainable utilization mode is optimized. The critical recovery rate is presented, to insure that the environment damage of mining area does not exceed the cordon. It is to satisfy contemporary people's demands for energy resource, and do not endanger the interests of the later generation. It has great significance to economic development and environmental protection of mining area. |
