摘    要:针对液压缸内表面加工工艺及影响其表面粗糙度的滚压余量等方面进行了分析和研究,并通过实验得出一种易于推广的、可显著提高生产率的、降低成本的液压缸新的生产加工工艺.

Abstract:This paper analyses and studies the internal surface machining technology of hydraulic cylinder and the rolling-press allowance which influences the surface roughness of it.By means of experiments,the paper educes a new machining technology on hydraulic cylinder which can be extended easily,increase productivity observably and reduce the cost.
