中华草蛉对刺槐叶瘿蚊幼虫的捕食功能反应

摘    要:在温度22,25,28,31,34℃条件下研究了中华草蛉1,2,3龄幼虫对刺槐叶瘿蚊幼虫的捕食功能反应,并对实验结果分别用经典的Holling-Ⅱ圆盘方程和汪世泽Holling-Ⅲ改良新模型进行了拟合,拟合结果较好。根据拟合模型参数分析,在实验温度从22℃到34℃的变化过程中,发现中华草蛉1~3龄幼虫对瘿蚊幼虫的最大捕食量先增加后下降。其中,在25℃时中华草蛉幼虫对瘿蚊幼虫的最大捕食量最大,分别达到了7.5832,10.166 7,31.446 5头。

Abstract:The functional response of Chrysopa si.ica to Obolodiplosis robiniae larvae was studied under the condition of 22,25,28,31 and 34 ℃. The predation results were fitted better to Holling Equ- tion II and modified Holling Equation III by WANG Shi-ze within the range of test temperature. The analysis of the Holling Equation's parameters showed that the maximum predation capacity of (Thrysopa sinica larvae increased with the increase of temperature at 22-25 ℃ ,while at 25-34 ℃ ,the capacity decreased. At 25 ℃, the predation numbers of were the max, which were 7. 583 2, 10. 166 7, 31. 446 5,respectively,from 1^st to 3^rd instar larvae of the natural enemy.
