| 摘 要： | 同性恋在中国的存在是不可争议的事实,从法学的角度对同性恋及对同性婚姻的研究是非常重要的,在世界许多国家已经把同性恋乃至同性婚姻都合法化的今天,中国也有必要对此进行立法,这不仅有法理上的要求,也有实践中的困惑,当然,立法不能一蹴而就,可分三步进行。

| Abstract: | It is a fact that there exist quiet a number of homosexuality in China now. Research on the homosexuality and their marriages from the legal perspective are therefore vital. Currently, many countries have already legalized homosexuality as well as their marriages. Under such environment, it is practical and necessary to legislate on it. During this course, three steps can be taken gradually. |
