摘    要:为探究黄河三角洲不同盐质量分数梯度及水淹环境对主要盐生植物枯落物分解的影响,本研究采用分解袋法,探究不同盐质量分数和水淹条件对芦苇、碱蓬枯落物分解的影响,并采水样检测不同盐质量分数下水质指标中溶解氧(DO)、化学需氧量(COD)、总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH3-N)含量的变化情况,以及枯落物中的C、N、P营养元素的变化情况.研究结果表明,盐质量分数对枯落物的分解产生影响,盐质量分数越高,分解越快.水淹可以促进枯落物的分解,不同水淹条件,枯落物的分解速率不同.碱蓬枯落物分解明显快于芦苇枯落物的分解,且枯落物的分解速率和w(C)/w(N)呈反比.水中的DO、TP、COD以及NH3-N显著影响(P <0.010)枯落物的分解.

Abstract:The effect of salinity and inundation on halophytes litter decomposition and water environmental conditions in the Yellow River Delta wetland was examined with decomposition bag method.Decomposition rate of Phragmites australis and Suaeda salsa litter under different conditions was compared.Litter and water quality parameters were taken into account.Suaeda salsa litter was found to decompose faster than Phragmites australis litter.Litter was found to decompose faster under inundation and higher salinity conditions.Decomposition rate and litter nutrient dynamics were found both affected by litter quality and water environmental parameters.w(N)/w(P) and w(C)/w(P) of litter were found to be good predictors for litter decomposition.
