| 摘 要： | 快速而正确地测算单项工程造价是项目可行性研究的关键环节．本文选定常见的住宅工程作为典型工程案例讨论单项工程造价的测算方法，并分析影响单项工程造价的修正系数，提出快速测算拟建单项工程造价的具体方法．

| Abstract: | It is the key segment to estimate the unit project cost fast and correctly in project feasibility study. This paper takes common houses for typical examples to study the method to estimate unit project cost, and analyses the correction coefficient which influences the unit project cost, and presents a method to estimate the unit project cost correctly and fast which can predict the variation trend of cost. |
