地方高校资金使用效益评价研究

地方高校作为准公共产品，对其投入资金的使用效益进行综合评价，既是投资者所关心的，也是提升教育社会效益的必要措施。文章从地方高校各利益相关者角度出发，构建了地方高校资金使用效益的评价指标和评价规则，以促进各地方高校制订本校的效益目标与预算，引导学校各项事业健康发展。最后对地方高校资会使用效益目标执行进行了模拟评价。

Research on the Efficiency of the Utilization of Funds of Local Colleges

As common property, local colleges＇ finance benefit must be evaluated to satisfy the investors, increase the social benefit of education. In the view of beneficiaries concerned, this paper draws up evaluation indicators and rnles to make local colleges to construct reasonable benefit objectives and budgets to direct the work on a healthy path. Finally, the paper makes a simulation evaluation on the efficiency of the utilization of funds local colleges.
