| 摘 要： | 实验采用标准双极肢导联(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ)和加压单极肢导联(aVR,aVL,aVF),对非麻醉状态的59只不同日龄棕色田鼠进行了心电图测定,并对心电图各波进行了分析研究.结果表明,棕色田鼠的心律为窦性心律,平均心率为471±81次/min;心电图各波波形与小白鼠和大白鼠类似,无明显S-T段;随日龄的增加,P,R,T波振幅逐渐增大;P波、QRS波群、T波持续时间占心动周期的百分比随日龄增加而升高;棕色田鼠房-室传导速度相对较慢.

| Abstract: | The electrocardiogram (ECG) of different day-age mandarin voles which are non-anesthesia is recorded. The results are as follows : (1) the ECG of mandarin voles have no S-T segment, this is similar with the mice and rat; (2) the amplitude of P,R,T waves are increased with the increase of day-age; (3) the percentage of the duration of P wave, QRS complex waves and T waves of the whole cardiac cycle are increased with the increase of day-ages; (4) the conduction speed of A-V is relatively slow. |
