基于人因系统理论的空中交通管制工作负荷研究

摘    要:基于人因系统理论分析了人为因素对空中交通管制工作负荷的影响。以西安区域的实际管制工作环境为具体研究案例,分析研究运行管理、班组管理、工作程序以及运行环境等人为因素的各个环节对空中交通管制工作负荷的具体影响,并研究解决这些因素所带来管制工作负荷的缓解方法,提出了切实可行的压力缓解建议。

Abstract:This paper,based on the human factors system theory,makes an in-depth analysis of the influence from human factors to the air traffic control workload.Based on the specific air traffic control work in Xi'an area control unit,the research analyses the effect on the air traffic control workload from such human factors as the operation management,team management,processes and operational environment,and studies the methods to ease the related workload,and some suggestions on relieving the pressure are also given.
