| 摘 要： | 中国于1980年向世界知识产权组织递交加入书并成为该组织的正式成员，由此开启了中国一个新兴领域的崛起之路。 intellectual property一般直译为“知识产权”，同时也有译为“智慧财产权”。通过对intellectual property的发展历史以及内涵外延的综述，从一个新的视角来解读“知识产权”。
