风机基础中钢-混凝土间的接触有限元模拟

摘    要:运用通用有限元软件ANSYS对风机基础的缩尺简化模型试验进行了模拟与分析,采用面面接触对模拟基础环钢板与混凝土的接触作用,对其内部钢-混凝土的滑移粘结等性能进行了研究,分析了试验模型的传力机理和应变分布特征,确定出合理的库伦摩擦本构的静摩擦系数,有限元计算结果与试验曲线吻合较好,可为风机基础实体模型的理论研究和工程实际分析提供依据。

Abstract:Simulation and analysis about trim size simplified model of wind turbine foundation were conducted by using general finite element analysis(FEA) program ANSYS.Surface-to-surface contact pair was built to simulate the contact function between steel and concrete.The bond-slip property between steel and concrete was studied.Load transfer mechanism and strain distribution of the models were analysed.The numerical simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.According to this,the finite element model established and analysis results can provide a theoretical reference for later research,and can be used for practical analysis in engineering.
