摘    要:在小麦制粉工艺中,洗麦机已成为原麦加工中不可或缺的设备。以湿洗打擦型洗麦机为对象,在分析洗麦机内麦粒运动机理的基础上,运用EDEM软件对小麦颗粒在洗麦机中的运动进行模拟,通过正交试验法对绞龙转速、设计螺距和填充率等设计参变量进行对比,以获得颗粒的有效停留时间和平均接触力等净麦参量,为洗麦机设计参数的合理选择提供依据。

Abstract:In flour milling technology,wheat washing machines have become indispensable equipment in the processing of raw wheat.This study,wet-friction type wheat washing machine as the object,adopts EDEM analysis of wheat washing machine of grain movement mechanism,and simulates the movement of wheat grains in the wheat washing machine,to obtain the effective residence time and the contact force.Then orthogonal test method is applied to design parameters of dragon speed and pitch,to provide a basis for reasonable selection of design parameters for wheat washing machine.
