荧光淬灭法测定人发样中的铜

摘    要:本文研究了在酸性介质中,以荧光素(Flzcorescein)为荧光试剂的荧光淬灭法测定微量铜的方法.建立了最佳测试条件,其最佳激发波长和荧光波长分别为439.7nm和510.3nm,反应的适宜酸度范围pH2.00~7.10,铜含量在0.0~0.2μg/ml范围内成直线关系,回收率为96.5%~98.3%,符合方法学的要求,用于人发中铜含量的测定与原子吸收法比较结果基本一致.

Abstract:The paper discusses the measuring micro-copper by fluorescene extinguish method taking fluorescein as reagent in acid medium. The paper has established the best measuring conditions: the best stimulating wave length is 439. 7nm; fluorcsccne wave length is 510,3nm; the suitable acid range is pH2. 00-7. 10; the copper content relation is a straight line in the scope of 0. 0-0. 2mg/ml. The rate of recovery is 96. 5%-98. 3%. That is in accordance with methodology. The result of measuring the atom absorption method.
