| 摘 要： | 机械原理实验教学管理为机械原理实验教学目标的实现提供保障，是机械原理课程教学管理中的重要环节，包括实验教学日常管理和场地管理等方面。文中将TRIZ理论引入到实验教学管理中，以机械原理实验场地所面临问题为例，找出实验场地狭小的矛盾，并将冲突用标准参数描述，通过TRIz矩阵找到相应的解决原理，分析出合适的解决方案，并给出改进手段，取得了较好的效果。
