摘    要:全部失去连续性事件是指负荷点只有等到引起停运的故障元件修复后才能恢复正常供电的那些系统故障。部分失去连续性事件是指元件故障不会导致负荷点和电源之间的所有通路都断开,但造成线路(或变压器)过负荷或电压越界,因而必须减少部分或全部负荷点的负荷。提出了部分失去连续性时负荷点可靠性的模型和算法。研究表明,某些情况下部分失去连续性事件对负荷可靠性有较大影响。影响程度与母联开关的倒闸时间、负荷点故障恢复能力有关。

Abstract:The total loss of continuity (TLOC) events are defined as those component failures, whose occurrence causes interruption of load points until failed components are repaired. The partial loss of continuity (PLOC) events are defined as component failures, whose occurrence does not cause the open circuit between sources and load points completely, but causes overload of lines or transformers or voltage violation. As a result, loads must be curtailed partially for partial or total load points. Reliability model and algorithm are developed for evaluating the PLOC events. The sample system shows the model and algorithm developed are valid and efficient. Results show, under certain conditions, reliability of load points depends upon the PLOC deeply by switching time of breakers and restoration ability of load points.
