摘    要:<正>南京地区国槐(Sophora japonica)溃疡病病原主要是Dothiorella ribis,其次是Fusarium tricinctum。它们终年潜伏在外表健康的绿色树皮组织内,当树皮失水到肿胀度85以下时,即会引起病害。终年都能用失水的方法诱发溃疡病发生。与上述二种病原同时潜伏在国槐健皮组织内的真菌还有六种,它们是健康组织内的寄生菌,但不引起病害。

Abstract:The etiologic agents of Japanese pagoda-tree (Sophora japonica L.) canker in Nanjing are mainly Dothiorella ribis, and then Fusarium tricirctum. They may cause latent infection in tissues of seemingly healthy green bark all the year round and consequently will cauase disease when the turgidity of the bark decreased to under 85. The disease can be induced by the loss of water at any time throughout the year. There are six other species of fungi inhabiting together with the above two pathogens in tissues of healthy bark. They are parasites in healthy tissues without causing diseases to their hosts.
