| 摘 要： | 基于永川市城市化发展纲要研究的成果,参照国家基本建设标准,采用城市化建设投资比例转化分析的方法,测算城市化建设资金,研究表明:资金不足是推进城市化的一个重要制约因素;城市化是经济增长的重要动力源,是实现全面建设小康社会的根本途径.

| Abstract: | In view of research achievement of the Yongchuan urbanization development programme,we consulted the national infrastructure standards,and analysed the investment ratio of the urbanization development and meanwhile,estimated the funds for construction.The research shows that shortage of funds is the important restrictive factor for the further development of urbanization,which is the important motive souce of the growth of economy and the fundamental channel to the overall construction of a Xiaokang (comfortably well-off) society. |
