| 摘 要： | 目的：调查退离休人员中白内障患病率，以此了解白内障的患病状况。方法：423退离休人员进行视力和眼部检查包括应用裂隙灯检查晶状体，了解白内障混浊程度。结果：423例受检查者≥60岁白内障患病率17.17%，≥70岁白内障患病率27.55%，讨论：白内障是高龄者致盲的眼闰，加强预防及治疗，可延缓白内障的形成。

| Abstract: | Purpose: inverstigste the incidence of cataract among retired persomel, in order to find out more effective treatment.Method: Operate eyesight examination on 423 retired persons,induding use the slit lamp to examine lenses so as to detect the severity of cataract. Result: of all the 423 retired persons , incidence of cataract among those age from 60 yo 70 is n17.17%,among those who are older than 70 is 27.55%.Discussion: cataract is ablind-causing disease to the old,with effective prevention and treatment,it could be staved off.
