摘    要:用级差法建立了火药配方与火药化学安定性和冲击感度的定量关系,给出了火药组份的安定性和危险性级别的经验值。火药对武器的烧蚀性用燃气组份和爆温、爆热差的经验式定量评估。烟雾和二次焰的强度则由燃烧产物组成直接预测。对许多典型的发射药和固体推进剂配方的理论预测与实测数据的相对次序相吻合。方程组已用于火药设计智能软件,能定量预测各种新火药的性能水平。

Abstract:The quantitative relations of propellant stability andsensitivity to impact with propellant compositions have beenestablished by gradational method. The empirical.values of stabilitygradation and sensitivity gradation for many propellant ingredients aregiven. The erosion effect is quantitatively evaluated based on flametemperature, product composition, and the difference in heat ofexplosion of ingredients. The intensity of muzzle smoke and secondaryflash can be estimated by calculated product compositions. Thepredicted gradations of stability and sensitivity for several typicalpropellant compositions are in good accord with measured gradations.The equations have been applied to artificial intelligence for propellantcomposition design to predict the performance levels of new propellantcompositions.
