| Abstract: | An intelligent multifunctional digital instrument for frequency testing is introduced in this paper, in which the 89C51 is used as MCU,and CPLD is used as testing circuits. The device has several functions, such as testing the frequency and period, the pulse width, duty cycle, and the data display. The working principles of the system, its hardware circuit and software design are discussed as well. |
