摘    要:飞机振动响应采用计算手段确定存在较大的误差,为保证飞机机载产品可靠性试验的有效性,相关国、军标准推荐优先使用实测振动应力.为准确合理地确定可靠性振动应力,对某型号飞机进行了全机振动环境数据的实测、处理与归纳,提出了基于可靠性试验的环境数据处理方法.利用动压作回归参数,对实测数据进行归纳,得到了较高拟合优度的结果,有较强的工程适用性.

Abstract:There would be a bigger error of aircraft vibration response if the latter were determined by means of computation. In order to guarantee the validity of reliability test for aircraft vehicle-carried products, it is recommended by the national and military standards that practically measured vibrational stress is prior to be adopted. In order to accurately and reasonably stipulate a reliability vibration stress, practical measurement, processing, and induction of the data of full-aircraft vibration environment is conducted for a type of aircraft,so that a reliability test-based method for environmental data processing is presented. Taking the dynamic pressure as an induction parameter, the measured data is induced to that a result with higher fitting degree is obtained,which has a better engineering practicability.
