Exploration on National University Laboratory Management in Perspective of “Pan-barrel Theory”

Laboratory is an important base of cultivating high-quality innovative talents. Therefore,how to build laboratories in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas is an important task of the construction of colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.This paper applies ＂pan-barrel theory＂national university laboratory management,put forward national university laboratory management departments should combine national local characteristics. Introducing scientific management idea,unified planning and looking for the potential will bring more opportunity to the development of such laboratory. Meanwhile,we set up advanced laboratory in the lead role,maximize advantages and strengthen competitiveness and to work together to build a harmonious laboratory team with super cohesive force.
