摘    要:创新精神和工程应用能力的提高是培养工科创新应用型本科学生的关键。长春理工大学通过人才培养模式、实践教学体系、师资队伍建设等方面的改革与创新,建立了分层次教学人才培养模式和三段式实践教学体系,形成了实践教学质量的保证体系,提出了适合材料类本科学生培养的新途径。

Abstract:The improvement of the innovative spirit and the capabilities of engineering application is the key of training engineering innovation applied undergraduate students. Changchun University of Science and Technology developed the model of the hierarchical teaching personnel training and the system of the three struts practical teaching,formed the system of the practical teaching quality assurance,advanced the new route of the suitable material undergraduate students through the reform and innovation about the talented person training mode,the system of practical teaching,and the construction of teaching staff.
