| 摘 要： | 参考企业柔性的定义，首次提出了生态工业因柔性的概念，并针时国内外尚无生态工业园评价体系这一状况，具体给出了生态工业园评价指标体系的划分，在评价方法上运用层次分析法。该方法有利于将定性与定量结合起来，并使专家评价与科学计算相互补充，具有系统、全面、科学可靠和简单实用等特点，便于政府和生态工业园管理人员以此方法进行决策，从而不断地对生态工业园进行改进。

| Abstract: | A concept of ecology industrial park flexible was first proposed based on enterprise flexible. Ecology industrial park evaluation system was arised for evaluating ecology industrial park flexible with an evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation method,combining not only quantitation with qualitation but also experts survey with scientific calculation,is systematic,comprehensive,scientific and simple. It could help to government and governor to build and improve ecology industrial park. |
