| Abstract: | Toulmin's legal proof theory is in perfect harmony with his general proof theory.Not only is Toulmin the legal proof theory earlier worker,but his legal proof theory has major impact on the emerging the artificial intelligence and the law,particularly the Toulmin model,which is not only expanded into the fundamental model to portray complex legal proof,but also annotated to include the dynamic model of law interpreting process. |
