摘    要:根据微位移系统的要求和电致伸缩器件的特点,在专用驱动电源的电路上采取了相应的措施,并设计了新颖的电致伸缩器保护电路。

Abstract:Special electrostriction drive power is one of the important parts in the micro displacement system. It's performance directly influences resolving power, stability and reliability of micro-displacement system.Based on the requirement of system and characteristic of electrostriction appliance, the special drive power was designed, and appropriate meansures were adopted in electric circuit. Furthermore, novel protective circuit of electrostriction was designed.
