基于ARM9嵌入式生物发酵数字控制系统设计

摘    要:温度不仅影响发酵过程中的酶反应,而且影响细菌的生长和产物的产生。采用模糊PID控制对温度进行控制,具有鲁棒性强,动态响应好,超调量小,控制精度高等优点。采用ARM9微处理器作为核心控制器,在嵌入式Linux系统下,利用Qt/Embedded制作GUI图形用户界面,在LCD上显示,系统可靠性高。

Abstract:Temperature of the fermentation process affects the enzyme reaction, the growth of bacteria and the prod- uct generated. Fuzzy PID control is employed to control the temperature in the thesis. Fuzzy PID has the advantages of robustness, good dynamic response, small overshoot and high control precision. ARM9 microprocessor is em- ployed as the core controller. In embedded Linux system, Qt/Embedded is used to make GUI graphical friendly us- er interfaece displayed on the LCD. The system is reliable.
