摘    要:系统研究了酶液用量、激活剂Co^2+的浓度及用量、吸收波长、反应时间,反应温度对酶促反应的影响以及固蓝B盐用量和显色时间对显色体系的影响。实验结果表明,在植物酯酶抑制法测蔬菜农药残留时加入Co^2+,可以提高检测的灵敏度,降低敌敌畏农药残留的最低检测限。

Abstract:The paper systematically studies the influence of the dosage of enzyme,the concentration and dosage of activator Co2+,the absorbed wavelength,the time and temperature of reaction on enzymatic reaction and the influence of the dosage of Fast Blue B Salt and the time of color development on the system of color development.The result shows that adding Co2+ to the plant esterase to detect the pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits can increase the sensitivity of detection and cut down the lowest detection ...
