| 摘 要： | 当前，薪水的高低已经成为评价工作优劣的一个重要标准，通常认为性别、所学专业、在校学习成绩和学历等因素直接影响着薪水的高低．在此，以高校毕业生回访问卷的调查结果为依据，进行统计分析，试图给出一些有参考价值的结论．
