| Abstract: | The cultivation of cohesive force is the prerequisite of establishing a united class.It is also the important content of the work of the teacher who is in charge of a class.According to the practical situation in colleges,the teacher in charge of a class should cultivate and consolidate the cohesive force of class collectivization by cultivating the class committee,making full use of group activities and making the backward students changed. |
