多晶体金属疲劳寿命的非平衡统计模型

摘    要:为了研究晶粒尺寸对多晶体金属疲劳寿命的影响,基于疲劳断裂非平衡统计理论和界面能模型,导出了多晶体金属的疲劳寿命随晶粒尺寸和应力振幅的变化公式.在其它参数保持不变的情况下,得出细晶粒多晶体金属的平均疲劳寿命随晶粒尺寸和应力振幅的增加而减小的结论.并对2种特定细晶粒多晶体材料的晶粒尺寸和应力振幅对疲劳寿命影响的理论结果与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明所得理论与实验结果比较吻合。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of grain size on its fatigue life, formulas about the fatigue life of polycrystalline metals are derived. The fatigue life is seen to depend on the grain size and stress amplitude, based on the non equilibrium statistical theory of fatigue fracture and the model of interface energy. The fatigue life of pure copper and 70 30 brass having different grain sizes are calculated according to the formula. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results in general.
