| 摘 要： | 现代管理理论认为企业文化是现代企业管理的最高境界,它对企业经营起巨大的推动作用。民营企业要实现可持续发展,必须重视企业文化建设。本文将熵理论引入到民营企业文化系统中,并在此基础上提出相应措施,以促进民营企业文化系统有序发展和增强企业竞争力。

| Abstract: | The modern management theory regards enterprise culture as the highest realm in modern business administration,which can promote the enterprises' running greatly.To realize the sustaining development,enterprise culture construction must be paid much attention to.This essay introduces entropy theory into private enterprise culture system,puts forward some corresponding measures on this basis,to promote enterprises develop orderly,and strengthen enterprises' competitiveness. |
