紫外光固化阴极电泳涂料涂装过程的探讨

摘    要:紫外光固化技术具有快速、节能、高效的特点,作者将这一技术应用于阴极电泳涂装过程,合成了紫外光固化阴极电泳涂料,并系统地探讨了电泳工艺参数对涂膜性能的影响,实验结果表明,利用紫外光固化技术后,阴极电泳涂料可以在室温下进行固化,固化时间大大缩短,并能得到平整、光滑、外观良好的膜层。

Abstract:UV--curable technique has the characteristics of high speed, low energy and high proficiency. This technique was applied to cathodic electrophoretic coating process. UV--curable cathodic electrophoretic coat was prepared and the effect of electrophoretic proparametes on properties of coating films was studied systematically. The experimental results show that after using UV--curable technique, the film for the cathodic electrophoretic coating process can be cured at room temperature, and the curing time is greatly shortened. The coating film obtained is flat, smooth and with good appearance.
