摘    要:采用传统陶瓷制备技术制备了新型的0.95K0.47Na0.47Li0.06NbO3-0.05Ba(Zr1-xTix)O3体系无铅压电陶瓷,研究了该体系陶瓷的压电性能和微结构.研究结果表明,在1120℃、4h的烧结条件下,获得了致密性良好的陶瓷样品,并在x为0.95时性能达到最佳,其压电常数d33为133pC/N,机电耦合系数kp为0.34,机械品质因素Qm为148,介电常数εr为1138,介质损耗tanδ为0.017.

Abstract:A noval 0.95K0.47Na0.47Li0.06NbO3-0.05Ba(Zr1-xTix)O3 piezoelectric ceramic was prepared by traditional ceramic sintering technique. Its piezoelectric properties and microstructure were also studied. The results indicate that this new type ceramic sintered at 1 120℃ for 4 hours has not only a pure perovskite phase with tetragonal symmetry but also a pre - pressing ceramic body, and when x is 0.95, each property shows the best, as d 33 is 133 pC/N, k p is 34%, ε r is 1 138, Q m is 148, and tanδ is 0. 017.
