港口起重机疲劳破坏成因与修复措施探讨

摘    要:从构件母材、焊接残余应力等方面对港口起重机金属结构件的疲劳破坏成因进行了分析,提出了焊接接头的抗疲劳设计方法,并阐述了金属结构件焊缝裂纹焊补的相关工艺措施,所述方法在工程实际中被证明是可行的。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the analysis of the component materials and the welding remains stresses,the cause of the fatigue destruction in the metal component of portal crane is studied. A fatigue_resistant method in the welding joint is presented. And the related technical process of remedial welding for the welding seam crack in the metal component is proposed. It has been proved that the proposed method is feasible in engineering practice.
