| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the classification of enterprise's financing mode and the merits/demerits of each financing mode, starting from the financing situation of developed countries, analyzes on the rational selection between direct financing mode and indirect financing mode, expounds the difficult position of the financing of our country's enterprises, and puts forward some measures for developing enterprise's bond market and financial leasing business. |
