汽车前挡风玻璃用ITO薄膜的隔热与节能性能

摘    要:通过隔热、节能实验,深入分析了ITO薄膜用于汽车前挡风玻璃的可能性,结果表明,ITO薄膜应用于汽车前挡风玻璃,既能保证超过80%的可见光透过率,又能在炎热的夏季降低驾驶室的温度约5℃(上午)或2.5℃(中午),节约能耗达34%。

Abstract:The possibility of applying Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) film on automobile front windshield has been analyzed by conducting the thermal shielding and the energy saving experiments.The experimental results show that the automobile front windshield coated with ITO film,can not only transmit the visible sunlight in excess of 80% but also decrease the driving room's temperature in hot summer by about 5 ℃ (in the morning)or around 2.5 ℃ (at noon) ,and can save about 34% energy.
