居民收入与城市经济水平的空间自回归模型

分别以城市人均GDP和居民可支配收入作为衡量经济发展水平及居民收入水平的指标,根据2001年江浙沪25个城市的数据对其进行研究。研究表明,数据中具有显著的空间相关特征,在综合了空间特性的空间自回归模型中,参数估计值与普通回归模型的估计值相比有显著的不同,研究还发现,居民收入水平除了与当地经济发展水平有关,还与周边城市的居民收入水平以及经济发展水平相关。

Spatial Autoregression Model on the Income of Residents and City Economy

In this paper,we use per capita disposable income of urban residents to represent income of residents,and per capita GDP to represent city economy level.According to the data of 25 cities in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai in 2001,we found that:(1) there are significant spatial correlation in the model;(2) the parameter estimation value of spatial autoregression model is significantly different from that of the ordinary regression model;(3) the income of residents is not only related to the city economy level,but also to the neighboring cities' economy level and income of residents.
