中国创业活动研究的社会学视野

在创业活动研究中,经济学、管理学、心理学等学科注重微观层面(创业者、创业行动、创业组织)的研究,而社会学将创业活动作为一种社会行动,置于宏观的社会环境(创业环境)中去分析创业活动,关注二者的互动.在培育创业环境,促进创业活动问题认识上,社会学独特的视野和分析路径为人们提供了重要的工具与方法,从社会学的视野审视当代中国创业活动的发展,创业活动与社会转型变迁呈现显著的互动:当代中国创业活动随着社会发展由生存型演变为机会型,创业环境由体制外到体制内认可,而转型时期社会价值取向成为创业活动的行动规范.

Modern Chinese Entrepreneurship Study from Sociological Perspective

In the research on entrepreneurship,the academics pay attention to the research of the microcosmic level(people,activity,organization) in economics,management and psychology,etc.But the sociology takes the entrepreneurship as a kind of society activity,analyzes entrepreneurship in the social environment,paying attention to the interaction of those.The special visual field and analytical path of sociology provide an important tool and the method for people to understand entrepreneurship environment and promote entrepreneurship.Accompanying with the society transformation,contemporary Chinese entrepreneurship turns into the "Opportunity Type" from the "Existence Type",the interaction of entrepreneurship environment and activity is changing directly from outside of the system to inside,the worth norm of transform period becomes the activity norm of entrepreneurship.
