摘    要:随着社会、经济、文化的转型以及就业压力的增大,大学生个体的心境也受到很大影响,极易引发焦虑、烦躁、抑郁、悲观等消极情绪,如何提高大学生的心理素质,促进其和谐发展已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。若能在本科阶段开设一定量的书法通识课程,发掘书法与个体心理品质以及书法练习生理机制与个体心理之间的关系,探讨书法练习干预对促进大学生积极心境发展的影响,应该是为提高在校大学生的心理素质与人文修养找到了一条切实可行的途径。

Abstract:With the transformation of society,economy and culture and the increasing employment pressure,college students' individual minds have also been greatly affected,and this may result in some negative emotions,such as anxiety,restlessness,depression,and pessimism.Thus it is urgent to solve the problems of how to improve college students' psychological qualities and how to promote their harmonious development.If it's possible to offer students some common courses of calligraphy in undergraduate education,to explore the relationship between calligraphy and individual psychological qualities and the relationship between the physiological mechanism of calligraphy practice and the individual psychology,and to discuss the effect of the intervention of calligraphy practice on the promotion of positive psychological development of college students,a practical way can be found to improve college students' psychological qualities and humanistic cultivation.
