| 摘 要： | 在推进素质教育和教育改革的进程中,教师队伍是一支重要的骨干力量。教师队伍,尤其是青年教师队伍的可持续发展,是高等教育可持续发展的前提和基础。提高青年教师队伍的整体素质,更新文化观念与构建发展环境是关键。
