SiC颗粒填充单体浇铸尼龙的摩擦学性能

摘    要:为了研究 Si C颗粒作为填料对单体浇铸尼龙 (MC尼龙 )的摩擦磨损性能的影响 ,选用两种材料在 MM- 2 0 0摩擦磨损试验机上进行了试验研究 ,并借助于扫描电镜观察了磨损形貌 ,探讨了磨损机理。研究结果表明 ,在干摩擦条件下 ,Si C颗粒填充 MC尼龙的摩擦学性能与载荷和滑动速度的乘积 (Pv)值的大小有关 ,复合材料的摩擦因数比纯尼龙的大 ,当 Pv值较低时 ,复合材料的耐磨性能比纯尼龙好 ,其磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损和粘着磨损 ;当 Pv值较高时 ,复合材料的耐磨性能不如纯尼龙 ,其磨损机理主要是疲劳剥落 ,并有磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。在水润滑条件下 ,Si C颗粒填充 MC尼龙表现出较好的耐磨性能 ,其摩擦学性能受 Pv值的影响小 ,磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损

Abstract:Effects of SiC particles as fillers on the friction and wear properties of monomer cast nylon (MC nylon) were studied using two kinds of MC nylon with and without SiC particles. The properties were measured on a MM 200 model friction and wear test machine. The morphology of the worn surface was observed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The wear mechanism indicated by the observetion was discussed. The results show that the tribological properties of the SiC particle filled MC nylon is related to the product of the load and the sliding velocity for dry friction. The friction coefficient of the composite is larger than that of pure nylon. When the load velocity product is low, the wear resistance of the composite is better than that of pure nylon and its wear mechanisms of the composite may be abrasive wear and adhesive wear. When the load velocity product is higher, the wear resistance of the composite is worse than that of pure nylon and its wear mechanisms may be fatigue delamination, abrasive wear and adhesive wear. With water lubrication, the SiC particle filled MC nylon has better wear resistance and the load velocity product has little effect on its tribological properties. The main wear mechanism of the composite with water lusucatia is abrasive wear.
