界面滑移与油膜破裂

摘    要:利用数学规划法分析了滑块轴承的界面滑移问题.对于粘塑性极限流变模型,界面滑移使油膜承载力下降;若两个润滑表面全部发生相对界面滑移,则油膜动压效应消失,不能承载.计算结果表明,当润滑油的极限应力参数给定后,轴承有一个极限滑动速度.在此极限速度以下,轴承可以安全工作;否则,将发生油膜破裂.

Abstract:Mathematical programming method is used to analyze wall slippage problems of slider bearings. For viscoplastic limiting rheological model, wall slippage makes oil film support capacity decrease. If there are relative wall slippages over all the two lubricated surfaces, the hydrodynamic effect of oil film will vanish and no load support will exist. The computed results show that if the limiting stress parameters of lubricating oil are given, the slider bearing will have a corresponding limiting sliding velocity. Under such a limiting velocity, the bearing can work safely. Otherwise, oil film collapse will occur.
