| Abstract: | Judicial impartiality is an indispensable basic value in modern law-ruled society, and judicial partiality is the enemy of ruling by law. In order to realize judicial impartiality fully, this paper, focusing on the factors affecting the judicial impartiality of our country at present, makes analyses from the following perspectives: the concept of ruling by people, systems, local protectionism, the idea of emphasis on entity rather than procedure, judicial team construction, supervision, management, etc., and makes a study of countermeasures as well. |
