| 摘 要： | 社会对社区电子政务系统的功能和性能的要求日益提高，当前大量的电子政务系统多为B／S模式的Web应用程序，但在不同程度上存在着可扩展性差、互操作性不强、容易形成“信息孤岛”等严重问题。本文在深入研究SOA和WebServices技术的基础上，提出了“基于SOA的社区电子政务系统架构”，它具有三大优势：（1）松藕合；（2）开放性；（3）基于预期长久稳定的标准。

| Abstract: | Society for community e-government system functionality and performance requirements of increasing, Currently, most of E-Govern-ment systems are web applications based on B/S mode. Most of these applications have problems such as poor expansibility and bad interoper-ability, the paper proposes an architecture for community E-Government system SOA-based which has three advantages:(1) loose-couple; (2) openness;(3) based on specifications which are stable in long-term anticipatively. |
