韶关市居民节能减排行为调查研究

围绕韶关居民的节能减排意识和行为进行问卷调查的结果表明,韶关目前节能减排措施不力,居民参与节能减排的积极性比较高,但缺乏组织和落实程度不够,部分居民生活方式趋向"亚环保"化。对问卷调查结果进行相关分析的结果表明,我们要改变这方面的不良状况,就应该培育社会公众的环境道德,营造全民重视节能减排的氛围,形成低碳消费模式,加强节能减排的管理力度和创建激励机制。

An Investigation on Conserving Energy and Reducing Emissions Behaviors of Residents in Shaoguan City

It has made an investigation on conserving energy and reducing emissions behaviors of residents in Shaoguan.The results has showed that it lacked of effective enforcement and organization,residents participated in it relatively high,the extent of implementation is not enough,some residents＇ lifestyle trended ＇semi-green＇.On the basis of investigation,it has put forward four proposals to cultivate the public environment morals,create a national emphasis atmosphere,form the formation of low-carbon consumption patterns,enhance the management efforts and create incentives.
